Senior Assistant Company Secretary

Excellent opportunity for a confident candidate with previous governance and company secretarial experience to join this well known and reputable iconic brand.

We are currently recruiting for someone with a proven track record in the Co Sec and Governance space, to join this business on a permanent basis.

Our client are looking for to be responsible for delivering best in class corporate compliance and governance across a UK-based parent company, its EMEA businesses and its wider organisation. You will also lead and support the implementation of UK, EMEA or global projects in respect of governance and corporate compliance initiatives, working closely with multiple stakeholders from across the business.

To be considered, you must have chartered status from the Institute of Corporate Governance Institute UK & Ireland (or have equivalent corporate governance qualification) and have proven experience in a company secretarial role in an international organisation. You also must have strong technical expertise, the ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders, exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This is a truly fantastic role based in central London - working at incredible offices and working as part of a truly collaborative and supportive legal team.
