Senior Associate

A pivotal leadership role within our Property Management team, responsible for taking a lead role developing and managing the Client relationship and management service of a diverse property portfolio consisting of mixed-use properties. ​

You will help manage a team of property managers, support staff and onsite teams, while collaborating with the senior leadership team on storage, budgeting and long-term planning. ​

At this level you will help lead Client relationships and manage all portfolio matters including monthly Client reporting, quarterly KPI reporting, oversea compliance and H&S and the collation of environmental data.​

Duties and Responsibilities​:

• Supporting the Client Lead develop the client relationship, including client liaison and reporting, developing and implementing management initiatives across a nationwide portfolio. ​
• Ensure consistent quality and brand standards are delivered across the portfolio.​
• To ensure on site Statutory Compliance is met and records are maintained. ​
• Monitor safety standards and coordinate risk mitigation strategies. ​
• Overseeing the quality of service and reporting delivered by all members of the team including regional surveyors.​
• Management of the annual insurance renewal process and recharging of premiums.​
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive capital improvement planning.​
• Ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction and retention through excellent service is delivered within your team.​
• Resolve escalated tenant concerns and oversee service quality across the portfolio.​
• Manage and mentor a team of Property Management Surveyors, setting SMART objectives to ensure personal development is achieved.​
• Provide thorough and accurate training to support team members through their RICS qualification. ​
• Assist in the onboarding process and training of new team members.​
• Assist the Partner in any HR related matters when they arise.​

What we expect of you​:

• MRCIS is preferred or similarly qualified with experience of managing a similar property portfolio.​
• Deliver inspirational leadership skills with experience managing and supporting a team.​
• Excellent and professional communication skills with gravitas amongst Clients. . ​
• Have experience in leading client relationships and delivering excellent customer service.​
• Demonstrate authentic passion, ambition, and a strong work ethic.​
• Strong financial, business and commercial acumen to manage budgets and resource profitably.​
