Senior Associate - Healthcare, Commercial and Regulatory❕ Hybrid £56-£65K Salary

As a Senior Associate, you will be given plenty of client responsibility and exposure, including travel, whilst being part of a supportive and collaborative team. The Health Commercial & Regulatory team has a strong culture of collaboration, respect, and transparency, reflecting the company's core values.

You will be advising public and independent sector health clients on a range of commercial IT, IP, and data protection matters. This includes drafting contractual terms and conditions, working on innovative contracting models, and providing corporate support such as due diligence and licensing arrangements.

To be considered for this role, you should have a law degree or equivalent and proven experience of advising in commercial, technology, data protection, and/or regulatory law. Excellent communication, organisation, and research skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage competing demands and achieve strict client deadlines.‍‍
