Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions, including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals.
• Advise on and draught commercial leases, lease renewals, and ancillary documents like licences to assign, underlet, or carry out alterations.
• Provide portfolio management for both occupiers and landlords.
• Offer corporate support on the property aspects of business transactions.
• Advise on secured lending matters, identifying concerns and providing practical solutions.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and third parties involved in transactions.
• Engage in business development activities and cultivate relationships within the commercial community.

What They Are Looking For:

• Significant commercial property experience with a proven track record of working autonomously on complex transactions.
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients and referrers in the commercial sector.
• Excellent drafting, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Organised and detail-oriented, with a methodical approach to complex problems.
• Practical, commercial thinking with resourcefulness and a strong work ethic.
• A proactive attitude towards marketing and business development activities.
