AJ Chambers is working with a boutique, Legal 500 firm based just outside of Colchester with an excellent reputation in construction law. They are currently recruiting for a Senior Associate to join their team.

Your focus will be non-contentious construction matters while assisting with the running of this offering. This team is ranked Tier 1 in the Legal 500 and they deal with complex and high profile matters.

Key aspects:

• Drafting a range of contracts, including JCTs
• Development queries
• Real estate finance
