Senior Associate Director

The role combines technical leadership, client relationship management, business development and commercial responsibility within an established building surveying consultancy.

Responsibilities

* Lead complex project and professional building surveying commissions

* Develop strategic client relationships and secure new instructions

* Oversee delivery, profitability and resource planning

* Mentor and develop surveying professionals

* Support regional business planning and cross-service collaboration

Requirements

* Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline

* MRICS or equivalent professional qualification

* Significant consultancy-based building surveying experience

* Proven business development and client management experience

* Experience leading professional surveying teams

Salary & Package

* £65,000–£85,000 basic salary

* £5,438 car allowance

* Annual bonus scheme
