Senior Associate Director Hospitality Lead

Leading global, practice has an exciting and rare opening for an innovative Senior Associate Director to lead on a series of significant global hospitality projects, with specific experience in luxury resorts and hotels. In this London based, international role you would operate as an important member of the practice’s senior management team. You would be responsible for setting the agenda to drive creative and delivery processes, while facilitating and championing innovation and research.
This globally and nationally renowned practice would like to receive candidates from diverse experience backgrounds. You will need to have assembled a ‘global excellence’ portfolio of elite hospitality design projects. Sectors could include hospitality, master planning, civic or mixed use as examples. The role may require international travel to service and build client relationships. The remuneration package is outstanding and aligned with the role as a senior practice leader. Key responsibilities
• Manage several projects and teams concurrently.
• To work within the senior leadership team across practice.
• Be responsible for fees/resourcing/practice management duties.
• Client engagement, business development.

Skills and experience.
• Experience running cutting-edge Luxury hospitality global schemes.
• Luxury hotel & hospitality experience.
• Knowledge of crafting the resident experience journey.
• Servicing global clients and building relationships.

Excellent communication skills and proven experience of mentoring and developing your team.
