Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

• Chartered Engineer (CEng) status in Electrical Engineering
  

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
  

• Minimum 10+ years’ experience in building services engineering
  

• Experience operating at Senior Associate, Associate or equivalent senior level
  

• Proven experience leading large or highly complex electrical building services projects
  

• Strong understanding of multi -disciplinary MEP coordination
  

• Demonstrated client -facing experience at senior stakeholder level
  

• Experience managing project budgets, profitability and commercial performance
  

• Ability to lead and manage engineering teams
  

• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and industry standards
  

Preferred Requirements

• Experience contributing to bid strategy and tender submissions
  

• Experience supporting regional office growth or business development
  

• Experience mentoring and developing junior engineers
  

• Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
  

• Experience overseeing integrated design delivery
