Senior Employment Solicitor (5+ PQE)

Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 + Bonus + Benefits

The Role You’ll work closely with senior leadership while managing your own caseload of complex matters, including:

• Strategic employment advice to employers and senior executives
• Contracts, policies, restructures, redundancies, TUPE
• Tribunal litigation and dispute resolution
• Executive terminations and restrictive covenants
• Supervising junior team members and contributing to business development

You’ll play a key role in helping shape the department’s future, with increasing leadership responsibilities.

What We’re Looking For
• 6+ years’ PQE in employment law with strong technical ability
• Experience handling a mix of advisory and contentious matters
• Commercial approach and proven client relationship management
• Interest in team leadership and a long-term future at partner level
