Senior Employment Solicitor (5+ PQE)

Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 DOE + Bonus + Benefits

The Role You will manage a broad caseload of advisory and contentious employment matters for both individuals and businesses, including:

• Contracts, handbooks, and workplace policies
• Disciplinary, grievance, and dismissal issues
• Discrimination, whistleblowing, and complex tribunal litigation
• Senior exits, redundancy, and TUPE matters
• Supporting marketing and client development initiatives

There is scope for increased responsibility, including mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to strategic planning within the team.

What We’re Looking For • 5+ years’ PQE with strong employment law experience
• Ability to manage files independently with minimal supervision
• Confident in building and managing client relationships
• Commercial mindset and interest in business development
