This role is ideally suited to a solicitor with 5+ years PQE, strong technical knowledge, and proven experience in high-value disputes. You should be confident in both litigation and non-court dispute resolution methods, commercially minded, and able to build trusted relationships with clients.

In addition to managing your own caseload, you will play a key role in mentoring junior colleagues, supporting business development initiatives, and contributing to the continued growth of the department.
