About the Role
The firm is seeking a Senior Associate with 4–8 years PQE to join their Employment team in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will manage complex tribunal litigation and provide non-contentious advice across sectors such as education, retail, financial services, and technology. Ideal candidates will have strong organisational skills, a proven ability to manage a heavy caseload, experience supervising junior colleagues, and a commercial, client-focused approach.
