CRA Consulting is delighted to be exclusively partnered with a leading national law firm to recruit for a Senior Associate within their well-established and highly respected Wills, Trusts & Estates department in Sheffield.

About the Role
You'll join a partner-led team of experts known for their technical excellence and commitment to exceptional client service. The team advises private individuals, entrepreneurs, high-net-worth clients, business owners, and families across the full spectrum of private wealth work.
Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading on complex wills, estate planning, and trust matters
• Advising on succession planning for business owners and HNWIs
• Acting as a key point of contact for long-standing private clients
• Mentoring junior lawyers and supporting team development
• Contributing to wider business development initiatives and client growth

About You
We're keen to speak with experienced private client solicitors or legal executives who can demonstrate:

• 5+ years' PQE with strong technical ability across wills, LPAs, trusts and estates
• A proven record in dealing with complex matters or high-net-worth clients
• Confidence handling sensitive client relationships with professionalism and care
• A strategic mindset and appetite for business development
• STEP qualification (desirable, but not essential)
• Leadership qualities and readiness for the next level of your legal career
