Description

The Senior Associate Property Development Solicitor will be responsible for:

• Managing complex development transactions, including land acquisitions, disposals, and planning matters.
• Drafting and negotiating key documents such as option agreements, contracts, and overage deeds.
• Advising on development finance transactions.
• Identifying legal risks and delivering practical, client-focused solutions.
• Building strong relationships with clients and participating in business development.

Profile

The Senior Associate Property Development Solicitor should have:

• At least 5 years post-qualification experience in property development law.
• Experience in handling complex development transactions autonomously.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Experience in business development and client relationship management.
