Your new role

As a Senior Associate in the Real Estate Finance department, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on the refinancing and new financing of real estate assets. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and negotiating loan documentation, conducting due diligence, and managing procedural matters required by lenders. You will also support business development activities within the team.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
• A minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience in real estate finance at a reputable law firm.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while collaborating closely with the real estate team.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality service and achieving excellence.
• Strong experience with banking documentation, the ideal candidate will have had a secondment with a bank.
