A leading equity release and residential property specialist firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate Residential Property Solicitor to join their Gloucestershire-based team. This role is suited to a Senior Residential Property Solicitor with over 4 years' PQE who is looking to take on a leadership-focused, technically stimulating position within a niche and growing legal practice.

The successful Senior Associate Residential Property Solicitor will manage complex equity release and residential conveyancing transactions, provide supervision to junior team members, and play a strategic role in client care and service delivery.

• 4+ years' PQE in residential conveyancing
• Extensive experience managing technical and high-volume files
• Leadership potential or current supervisory experience
• Strong interpersonal and commercial awareness
• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)

• Salary range: £45,000 - £60,000
