Are you an experienced Private Client lawyer with a passion for Tax & Succession Planning?
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a newly formed, high-profile team at a respected regional law firm, offering genuine flexibility, excellent support, and clear routes for progression.

You'll work closely with an experienced team of Partners and Senior Associates, advising a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and families with complex asset portfolios. This is a key growth area for the firm, and you'll have a real opportunity to shape the future of this specialist service offering.

• Advising on complex estates and succession planning, involving high-net-worth clients with diverse tax profiles

• Providing estate planning advice covering Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains, and (ideally) Corporate Taxes

• Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to deliver integrated, holistic advice

• Offering technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members

• Staying ahead of legislative changes, proactively advising clients on implications

• Playing an active role in business development initiatives to grow the firm's client base in this niche area
