We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Training Creation & Delivery - Sanctions Operations to join our Sanctions Operations (Global Operations) team. This role is located in Manchester, UK - On site. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Using pre-existing skills in training others ensuring consistent alignment with policies & procedures Influencing the thoughts & actions of others through tried and tested communication skills, including presenting to audiences both in person and virtually Liaising with management on new & emerging training requirements for their teams Developing new & enhancing existing training material for delivery to our teams by yourself, or team-mates Offering actionable, performance-based feedback to trainees Keeping up to date with the latest standards, trends & tools available to deliver best in class training to our teams To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelors degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience 4+ years' experience in the finance industry, including operations & global economic sanctions Advanced communication skills with a track record of communicating at all levels of an organization Experience of constructing training plans & providing feedback to trainees Prior hands-on experience with the development of training material is essential No managerial experience required, but will be advantageous At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
