Senior / Associate Valuation Surveyor MRICS

You will be joining a leading surveying practice with a strong reputation in the real estate sector. They are currently going through a period of expansion in the North and seeking a talented Senior / Associate Valuations Surveyor to join their dynamic valuations department in the North West region, home-based. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a passion for real estate valuation and secured lending.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct valuations of commercial and residential properties for secured lending purposes.
• Prepare detailed valuation reports in accordance with
  RICS standards.
• Collaborate with clients, lenders, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and property values.
• Assist in mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• RICS accredited degree or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in property valuation.
• Strong understanding of the secured lending process in both commercial and residential real estate.
• Excellent analytical and report-writing skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
