About the Role: Are you ready to lead and inspire in the world of audits? We're seeking a dynamic Senior Audit Manager to join our energetic team! You'll oversee audit assignments from planning to completion, working closely with senior staff and clients to deliver exceptional results. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have extensive experience working with SMEs, this is the role for you!
What You'll Be Doing:

Lead the Charge: Take the reins on-site audits from start to finish, coordinating resources and tasks like a pro.
Quality Champion: Ensure audit quality and compliance with standards, making sure everything is spot on.
Mentor Extraordinaire: Review work of junior auditors, guiding them to greatness and supporting their development.
Report Guru: Prepare audit findings reports, highlighting key areas of concern and insights.
Client Whisperer: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring they always leave with a smile.
Team Player: Collaborate with other teams to enhance the client experience and foster a positive work environment.
Knowledge Sharer: Spread your wisdom and support team members across departments, making everyone better.

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Accountant: ACCA/ACA or equivalent.
Audit Expert: Proven experience in audit and accounts, with a focus on managing complex assignments.
SME Knowledge: Extensive experience working with Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is essential. Your expertise in SME audits will be a cornerstone of your role, ensuring tailored and effective audit processes.
Risk Savvy: Familiar with risk assessment and control measures.
Client Focused: Skilled in managing client relationships.
Leader: Capable of guiding and supporting junior staff.
Tech-Smart: Up-to-date with accounting and auditing standards.
Problem Solver: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bonus Points: Experience with CaseWare and CCH is a plus.
