Senior Audit Manager - Key Responsibilities:

Client Management
- Manage audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of SME and entrepreneurial clients.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide strategic advice and insights to clients to help them achieve their business goals.

Team Leadership
- Supervise and mentor audit teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Review and provide feedback on audit work to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
- Identify training and development needs within the team and facilitate professional growth.

Technical Expertise
- Ensure audits are conducted in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Stay updated with changes in auditing standards and industry trends.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve audit processes.

Senior Audit Manager - Experience Required:
- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing audit teams.
