An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Audit professional to join a highly respected Top 30 Accountancy firm in the heart of Central London as a Senior Audit Manager, specialising in the Not for Profit sector.

This is a key leadership role within a growing and well-established team, offering exposure to a diverse portfolio of charities, membership bodies, education clients, and wider not for profit organisations. The firm is known for its collaborative culture, strong technical reputation, and impressive modern London offices.

The Role

Working closely with Partners and Directors, you will take ownership of a varied client portfolio while playing a central role in team leadership, client development, and strategic growth within the Not for Profit sector.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and developing a portfolio of not for profit audit clients
• Leading audits from planning through to completion
• Acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
• Reviewing work completed by Managers and junior team members
• Supporting business development initiatives and networking activity
• Coaching and mentoring members of the audit team
• Ensuring technical excellence and regulatory compliance

About You

The successful candidate will be ACA or ACCA qualified with significant UK audit experience gained within an accountancy practice environment.

You will ideally have:

• Strong experience managing audit assignments within the Not for Profit sector
• Excellent working knowledge of UK GAAP and Charity SORP
• Proven leadership and staff management capabilities
• Strong client relationship and communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines effectively
