Position: Senior Automation Lead
📍 Location: Reading (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite)
📅 Contract Duration: 6 Months (Initial & extendable)

Domain Expertise: CRM Billing applications, Utilities

Experience Level:

Overall IT Experience: 10+ years

Automation Testing: 6+ years

Utilities Industry: 5+ years

✅ Key Skills & Responsibilities

Strong hands-on experience in Automation Testing and Automation Frameworks (Selenium/Playwright)

In-depth knowledge of CRM Billing applications, especially within the Utilities domain

Ability to:

Design and execute ST, SIT, and UAT test cases

Collaborate with Development teams, Business users, and other stakeholders during testing phases

Create and manage test cases using tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps

Proficiency in the Agile delivery model

Test data modelling and preparation for all testing phases

Draft and maintain Test Strategies and Test Plans specific to CRM Billing systems
