The Role

As a Senior Operations Coordinator, you'll play a key role in managing the daily flying programme and ensuring smooth coordination between flight crews, maintenance teams, clients, and third-party providers.
Responsibilities will include:

Managing and monitoring daily aircraft schedules
Coordinating flight planning and active flight following
Liaising directly with high-profile clients and passengers
Organising permits, ground handling, and third-party services
Working closely with CAMO and maintenance teams
Supporting operational compliance and safety procedures
Handling operational changes and reacting quickly to live situations

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in aviation scheduling / flight operations
Strong customer liaison and stakeholder communication experience
Excellent organisational and coordination skills
Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Strong Microsoft Office skills
A professional, proactive, and team-focused approach
