Senior BA - Securities Operations

This leading London based International bank are looking to recruit an experienced Business Analyst who has worked within a top tier bank covering Fixed income, and Equity & Derivative products. Applicants must have a deep understanding of the front to back office process to ensure change driven by both internal & external stakeholders is understood and appropriately addressed. Duties will include:- Supporting the business to gather formal business requirements and input into the technical design documents. To review and provide input into As-is and To-Be workflows. Performing GAP analysis between current state and proposed state solutions. Formulating testing approaches and support writing of test plans. Completing project/work stream status reports. Excellent communications skills are required.
