Join Reed Talent Solutions as a Senior Bid Manager

We're seeking a skilled Senior Bid Manager to lead the creation and management of high-value tenders and presentations across a range of industries.

In this role, you'll:

• Write and manage bids, working closely with business development and stakeholders across the business.
• Coordinate responses to PQQs, RFIs, ITTs, and RFPs.
• Maintain and enhance our bid content library.
• Lead reviews to improve processes and outcomes.
• Design engaging presentations and graphics to support sales messaging.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in bid management, especially within MSP and RPO.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Experience in both public and private sector bidding.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
