Senior Bid Manager

Barker Associates is an award winning, multi-disciplinary property consultancy and trusted advisor, offering Architecture and Design, Project Management, Surveying, Engineering, and Energy and Sustainability services to a wide variety of clients in the UK.

We currently have a vacancy open for a Senior Bid Manager who is looking to develop their career, supporting different disciplines with bid processes within the organisation. This role will be based at either our Braintree, Birmingham or London office, where you will interact with multi-disciplinary teams across the business, and ensure compliance within all relevant discipline standards and regulations. Subject to business requirements the role may be eligible for hybrid working.

Key Areas of Responsibilities Will Include:

• Deliver and manage Bid to Win process, including bid plans, bid tracking, bid management information and bid query management

• Responsible for end-to-end bid process

• Create bespoke contract winning proposals

• Oversee and write bids/proposals/tenders for new business opportunities and frameworks

• Monitor changes in legislation to ensure bids align to funding rules

• Qualification to degree level and/or in Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) Foundation level

• Strong experience in construction consultancy/industry experience

Hours: Monday to Friday8:30am - 5:00pm

Holiday: 25 days (pro-rata’d) plus bank holidays.
