About the Role PE Global are seeking an experienced Bid Writer to join our team based in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Bid Writer who enjoys working in a deadline-driven environment and has a strong understanding of public procurement and the healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities • Lead the preparation, writing and submission of public sector and healthcare tenders from initial review through to final submission working closely with our internal marketing team • Analyse tender documentation, including ITT, RFT, PQQ, RFP and framework opportunities, identifying key requirements, evaluation criteria, risks and deadlines. • Develop clear, persuasive and high-quality tender responses that directly address evaluation criteria and scoring requirements. • Ensure all tender responses are fully compliant with submission requirements, including formatting, word counts, mandatory questions and supporting documentation. • Develop and maintain a library of bid content, case studies, company information, policies, service descriptions and previous successful responses. • Work closely with Business Development, Operations, HR, Finance and senior management to gather the information required for submissions. • Ensure all submissions are delivered to the required standard and within strict deadlines. • Review and proofread tender responses to ensure accuracy, consistency, clarity and professionalism. • Maintain a clear tender pipeline and provide regular updates on bid progress. • Contribute to continuous improvement of the organisation's overall bid and tender processes.
Education & Experience required: • 5+ years' experience in a Bid Writer, Tender Writer or similar role. • Proven experience writing and submitting public sector tenders. • Proven experience writing healthcare-sector tenders or tenders for healthcare-related services. • Experience with frameworks and multi-year public sector contracts. • Previous experience using eTenders or similar procurement platforms. • Excellent research, editing and proofreading skills. • Strong project management and organisational skills. • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand and communicate a company's value proposition. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. • Collaborative and able to build strong relationships across different teams.
