Lead BIM standards, procedures, and best practices across multiple projects as a Senior BIM Technician.
Oversee BIM coordination and maintain high-quality project models from concept through to completion.
Provide technical support for Revit modelling, clash detection, and information management processes.
Prepare, review, and coordinate detailed technical drawing packages.
Work closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients to deliver fully coordinated designs.
Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on BIM processes.
Identify opportunities to enhance digital workflows and drive BIM innovation.
Ensure project delivery meets programme deadlines, budget requirements, and UK industry standards.The Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience as a Senior BIM Technician, BIM Lead, or Senior Architectural Technician with strong BIM expertise.
Advanced Revit skills with a comprehensive understanding of BIM methodologies and industry standards expected of a Senior BIM Technician.
Demonstrable experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams.
Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations, construction methods, and technical detailing.
Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
Confident leading technical teams while remaining actively involved in project delivery.
Experience across the RIBA Plan of Work, particularly within technical design and construction stages.
