Butler Rose Public Practice are delighted to be supporting our client, a highly prominent mid-tier accounting firm with offices based in a highly prestigious area of London, that are eager to appoint an experienced, and AAT/ACCA/ACA part/fully qualified bi-lingual GERMAN speaker, who is currently working in the capacity of Management Accountant / Senior Bookkeeper / Cloud Accountant for a highly reputable accounting firm.

Role Requirements -

• Working with international clients (overseas headquarters with branch, subsidiary, PE (permanent establishment) in UK) your duties will include the following
• Daily Bookkeeping for clients using XERO, Quickbooks and Sage50 as appropriate.
• Monthly and quarterly management accounts to include variance analysis.
• Quarterly VAT returns / VAT registrations and CIS returns/ CIS registrations
• Direct client contact with owners/Managing Directors and liaison with other accountancy.
• practices abroad
• Preparation of Financial Reporting packs including multi-currency and multi-territory reporting
• Audit support
• Confirmation statements and company secretarial services
• Payment runs and billing

Person Requirements -

• Ideally ACCA/ACA part qualified or actively studying.
• Proven experience within practice as a management accountant or Senior Bookkeeper
• German speaking (ESSENTIAL)
• Strong practical experience of bookkeeping, management accounting, VAT/CIS returns
• Proficient in the use of cloud-based software such as XERO, Quickbooks and Sage50
