Exciting Opportunity: Floating Branch Manager – Uncapped Earnings & Career Progression!

Basic Salary: Up to £35,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings for first 4 months)
On Target Earnings: £50,000 - £65,000
Work Pattern: 5 days per week (including some Saturdays)

The Role
As a Floating Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for stepping in across South Essex branches in times of need (holidays, vacancies, sickness) and running the show!

• Provide expert estate agency advice and outstanding customer service.
• Motivate, manage, and inspire your team.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive branch performance.
• Take ownership of valuations, property listings, and achieving the best possible prices for vendors.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends and establish yourself as a local expert.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a proven track record in driving performance.
• Energetic, ambitious, and self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude.
• Genuine interest in helping people with their property journey.
• Full driving license required.
