The Role You’ll be at the helm of a busy branch, setting the pace, raising the bar, and driving performance. Leadership is your superpower – mentoring, motivating, and making sure your team brings their A-game every single day. You’ll be out front, winning new business, valuing property, and closing deals – not hiding behind a desk.

What We’re Looking For

2-3 years’ minimum in Estate Agency (we’re after the real deal)
Proven track record in sales and valuations
Someone self-motivated, target-driven, and results-obsessed
Strong knowledge of the local Chester market
A confident leader who inspires their team to perform
Full UK Driving Licence (you’ll need to get about, obviously)
