Head of Brand / Senior Brand Manager
Salary: c.£60k
Location: Ideally Kent/London-based with regular office visits; fully remote considered (with occasional self-funded travel to Kent HQ)
Reporting to: Head of Marketing
Direct Reports: Content Marketing Manager + external suppliers
Overview:
Lead the strategic and creative development of the company brand and content across all channels, ensuring strong ROI, customer engagement, and revenue impact. This is a hands-on, commercially minded role blending strategy, creative oversight, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve the brand, content, and multi-channel campaign strategy
• Act as brand guardian—managing positioning, tone of voice, guidelines, and creative approvals
• Lead acquisition creative, especially across social media, ensuring performance alignment
• Oversee customer journey improvements (UX/UI), research, and segmentation
• Manage ATL channels (PR, Press, Radio), social media strategy, and campaign performance
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver high-impact, data-driven campaigns
• Monitor KPIs, report on ROI, and manage brand and creative forecasting
• Mentor the brand and content team, supporting their growth and development

Ideal Candidate:

• Strategic yet creative marketing professional with a proven track record in brand building, content strategy, and campaign performance
• Experienced in managing teams, agencies, and budgets
• Strong communicator with the ability to balance creative vision and commercial results
• Passionate about user experience, digital trends, and customer-centric marketing
