As part of the Marketing team and reporting to the Head of Brand, you will contribute to building the Côte brand through the development of our food & beverage offer and guest journey. As champion of the guest proposition, you will own how our food & drink offer is communicated to our guests in restaurant, shape the annual F&D proposition using customer, competitor, and trending insights, as well as develop our partnership calendar, from concept to activation, with key F&D suppliers.

In addition, you will help the Marketing Director and Head of Brand develop the brand proposition, finding ways to optimise how our brand comes to life in restaurants with a view to maintaining positive guest sentiment (NPS). You will be responsible for defining our brand standards across all physical touchpoints including menus, POS, music & restaurant layout and help inform restaurant design to ensure end-to-end guest satisfaction.
We are refurbishing a lot of our restaurants and you'll play a leading part in defining how this translates through every element of the guest experience, including design, marcomms, messaging, atmospheric levers (sight, sounds, smell, feel) and the food and drink offer working alongside and managing an Assistant Brand Manager to make all this happen.
For this all to happen you will need to have proven experience in food and drink/hospitality, expertise in brand development & activations in a multi-site environment with experience managing budgets, the ability to be agile and highly creative in your approach.
