As a

Senior Breakfast Chef , your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
Engage the kitchen team in working at a 5* Food Hygiene standard at all times.
To ensure

standards of product, service and hospitality to our guests.
Toprovide leadership to culinary activities of The Royal Lancaster London.
All statutory departmental specific Health & Safety is carried out and recorded for all members of the team.
Help maintain kitchen productivity.
Carry out all elements of the Performance Management System in accordance with the Lancaster London Hotel standards
You will be required to work

40hours

per week, on a shift rota.
