About the Senior Bridging Administrator:

We are seeking a motivated Senior Bridging Sales Administrator ready to take the next step in their career. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience not only in bridging finance but also in development finance and commercial mortgages, within a specialist team at an intermediary-only lender.

You will develop your skills in process improvement, leadership, and management information while supporting the bridging sales administration function. You will play a key role in driving efficiency, ensuring SLAs are met, maintaining sales systems (Fusion & HubSpot), managing incentives, and providing accurate reporting to support the sales team and senior leaders. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, detail-oriented professional eager to grow into a leadership position and broaden their knowledge across multiple lending sectors.

Responsibilities of the Senior Bridging Administrator:

• Lead and support a team of two administrators, managing workloads and priorities effectively.
• Support the sales team in achieving new business targets by ensuring administrative tasks are completed within agreed SLAs.
• Serve as a point of contact for introducers, handling queries and maintaining accurate records, permissions, and documentation.
• Keep sales systems (Fusion & HubSpot) up to date with accurate information and activity logs.
• Support the management team with MI reporting and process improvement initiatives.
• Build knowledge of wider group products to identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Stay informed on market developments to enhance sales effectiveness.

Experience required for the Senior Bridging Administrator:

• Proven experience in Financial Services, particularly within customer servicing or operations is preferred
• Strong knowledge of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
• Ability to prioritise workload, multi-task, and work independently under pressure
• Highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines
