If you're an experienced Bridging Underwriter looking for more than a transactional underwriting role, this is an opportunity to influence how a growing specialist lender develops its underwriting function. You'll work on complex bridging transactions while building a clear pathway towards a future Head of Underwriting position.

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll have the autonomy to make commercially balanced lending decisions, contribute to underwriting strategy, and play an important role in the next stage of the business's growth. Package & Benefits
• Salary c£65, 000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)

About the Company

You'll be joining a fast-growing specialist property lender focused on delivering bespoke bridging finance solutions across residential, semi-commercial and commercial property transactions. Key Responsibilities
• Underwrite complex bridging finance applications from enquiry through to completion.
• Structure commercially balanced lending solutions across residential, semi-commercial and commercial transactions.
• Work closely with brokers, solicitors, valuers and senior stakeholders to deliver efficient lending decisions.
• Support the ongoing development of underwriting standards, governance and junior team members.

About You
• Min 3 years' experience underwriting bridging finance.
• Experience underwriting unregulated residential, semi-commercial and commercial bridging loans.
• Proven experience managing complex bridging transactions from enquiry through to completion.
