Senior Broker

My client is currently recruiting for Senior Brokers to join their direct team based in Mayfair, London.

Role of our Senior Investment Broker:

• Contacting inbound leads that have shown interest in investing into capital growth backed investments.
• Build rapport, fact find and ask probing questions in order to understand the individual investor profile i.e. High Net Worth or Sophisticated Investor.
• Working towards KPIs and targets, both independently and as a team.
• Face to face meetings
• 360 sales position
• Load clients

As a Senior Investment Broker you will need to have the following:

• Previous Sales experience
• Happy to speak to clients over the phone.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Handle and overcome objections
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work under pressure and to targets.
• Accurate labelling of calls and CRM management.

Successful salespeople can expect to earn in excess of £140,000 in year one
