If you've built a successful career in specialist property finance and have an established client or introducer network, this Senior Broker - Real Estate Finance opportunity offers the platform to grow it further. You'll join a specialist advisory business where you'll have the autonomy to develop your portfolio while accessing a broad range of funding solutions across the UK and Europe.

This is an employed, fully remote position for an experienced broker who can hit the ground running. You'll advise on Development Finance, Bridging Finance, Commercial Mortgages, Buy-to-Let Mortgages and Mezzanine Finance, working with property investors, developers and commercial clients while building long-term relationships with introducers and lending partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Structure debt and equity solutions across Development Finance, Bridging Finance, Commercial Mortgages, Buy-to-Let Mortgages and Mezzanine Finance.
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients while developing new business opportunities through your professional network.
• Build and strengthen relationships with introducers, professional partners and specialist lenders to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date market knowledge, meet agreed business targets and ensure all activity complies with FCA requirements and industry best practice.

About You

• Proven experience arranging specialist real estate finance with a strong track record of completed transactions.
• An established portfolio of clients or introducer relationships that you can bring and develop within the business.
• In-depth knowledge of the specialist property finance market, including Development Finance, Bridging Finance and Commercial Mortgages.
