Senior Building Control Specialist

Providing Building Safety Act (2022) and Building Regulation advise to clients you will aid with the Building Regulation Principal Design service. You will liaise with your team to utilise Design Compliance trackers and ensure smooth transition towards Gateway 2 Applications.

Senior Building Control Specialist Requirements

• Class 2F - with HRB experience (required)
• Experience working on HRBs (required)
• Member of a professional organisation: MCABE / RIBA / MCIAT / MICE (Required)
• Sound knowledge of Building Control/Regulations and Gateway applications (required)
