Building Services Manager . Occupying a key site on Glasgow’s regenerated waterfront, the SEC is proud of their place in the community and delighted to play a part in the lives of local people and visitors. They work with local and national government to support local and national priorities whether it’s social inclusion, or health and wellbeing.

The Scottish Event Campus (SEC) comprises the SEC Centre, which features five interconnected exhibition and meeting spaces, the iconic 3,000-seat SEC Armadillo, and the latest addition, the OVO Hydro, a 14,300-capacity venue for concerts, sports, and special events. With its exceptional flexibility, the SEC has continued to thrive and, with planned expansion and development, will further establish Glasgow on the global stage.

The role of the

Senior

Building Services Manager

is primarily to operate within the Facilities Team, committed to the Company’s strategic business objectives, including being an ambassador for our culture and values at all times. Oversee the team workplans and manage the three Building Services Managers and Facilities Manager on behalf of the Head of Facilities ensuring all work aligns with the agreed strategic and operational priorities.
