As the Senior Building Surveyor, you will lead projects from inception to completion, managing an exciting and varied portfolio across retail, education, healthcare, and public sectors.

With a strong focus on design and specification, you'll play a critical role in ensuring project excellence and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design and specification of new structures and renovations.
• Preparing specifications, obtaining tenders, and managing contract documents.
• Overseeing contract administration.
• Leading building surveying projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client expectations.
• Engaging with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.

• Qualifications: BSc/MSc in Building Surveying (ideally RICS-accredited).
• Experience: MRICS qualification or equivalent level of experience.
• Expertise: Well-rounded knowledge of professional and project services.
• Attributes: Strong client-facing skills and the ability to manage projects effectively.
• Desirable: Public sector project experience would be advantageous.

• Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
