Senior Building Surveyor

Bennett and Game are representing a well-established, multi-disciplinary Top 150 Consultancy, who are looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their growing team in their Chichester office. Our client is seeking a progressive individual who will have the opportunity to grow the team, making this an exciting role with real potential for personal growth. With over 50 years' experience, our client has gained an excellent reputation working with clients across the UK as well as Europe. You will be working predominately within the Commercial, Residential and Educational sectors.

They are offering a competitive salary of up to £70,000 in addition to a range of benefits including hybrid working, bonus schemes, generous annual leave, private healthcare, paid training/ progression plans and professional fees.

• Residential, Commercial, Education projects.
• Responsible for project delivery and project management from start to finish
• Dilapidations
• Schedule of condition
• Contract administration
• Fire safety and fire risk assessment work on external walls
• Schedules of work
• Condition surveys
• Professional services work

• MRICS or FRICS Qualified
• Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in a similar position
• Relevant degree or qualification in Building Surveying or similar
• Full driving licence
• Able to commute to Chichester one day per week, minimum

• Salary: £50k - £70k DOE
