A future Partnership opportunity exists with a highly respected Chartered Surveying practice in Surrey. They are looking to recruit an Associate Building Surveyor to join their team as the current Partner is retiring next year, and they need an ambitious individual to lead the department. The practice covers a broad range of services including agency, property management, valuation and building consultancy.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Building and condition surveys
• Dilapidations
• Party wall
• Project management
• Networking
• Building strong client relationships

Skills & Experience: 

• MRICS Qualified
• Broad range of experience in professional and project work
• Ambition to become Partner
• Strong networker

Salary & Benefits:

• £45K – £50K
