Senior Building Surveyor

Are you a strong networker with the skills and ambition to build a division? A well-established and respected quantity surveying and project management consultancy are looking to recruit a senior Building Surveyor to open and develop a Building Surveying division for them. They have broad experience across a range of sectors both in the UK and internationally including commercial, retail, leisure, utilities, rail and public sector. They continually have enquiries for building surveying requirements, so are looking for an individual who can fulfil these requests and build on them.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Building surveys
• Condition surveys
• Dilapidations
• Party wall
• Project management
• Networking & business development
• Developing strong client relationships

Skills & Experience: 

• MRICS Qualified
• Broad range of experience in professional and project work
• Strong networker

Salary & Benefits:

• £45K – £60K 
• Car allowance
