Senior Building Surveyor

An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Building Surveyor to join a professional firm of Chartered Surveyors based in Berkshire. Their work covers a wide range of sectors including commercial, education, retail and housing and is a good mix of professional and project work.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Surveys
• Dilapidations
• Contract administration
• Design
• Party wall
• Fire risk assessments
• Condition reports

Skills & Experience:

• MRICS or near chartered
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a small team
• Excellent communication and written skills

Salary & Benefits:

• £40,000 to £50,000 (depending on experience) and other benefits
