Senior Building Surveyor

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Building Surveyor to join a growing multidisciplinary consultancy in Bristol.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor to work across a varied portfolio of projects, supporting both public and private sector clients.

🌟About you:

A BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying or another relevant RICS-accredited degree.
Chartered Building Surveyor status or significant progress towards chartership.
Significant professional experience across a broad range of building surveying services.
Strong technical surveying knowledge and experience delivering refurbishment and improvement projects.
Proven experience managing client relationships and understanding commercial and profitability considerations.
Experience managing projects, workloads and competing priorities.
Strong report writing and technical documentation skills, including requirements, asset reviews, feasibility studies, specifications and drawings.
Experience in specialist building surveying areas such as dilapidations, party wall matters, fire risk and access assessments would be beneficial.
