Senior Building Surveyor

£60,000–£72,000 + 15% contractual over-target bonus (£15,000–£35,000 demonstrated annual bonus payments)

This permanent, full-time position covers commercial project and professional building surveying, with senior-level responsibility for independent instruction delivery, client communication and technical reporting.

Responsibilities

* Lead commercial refurbishment projects and contract administration instructions.

* Manage project commissions through procurement, delivery and completion.

* Prepare technical due diligence reports for commercial property clients.

* Advise landlords and tenants on dilapidations matters.

* Own client communication, technical reporting and fee-earning instructions.

Requirements

* MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor.

* Strong commercial building surveying consultancy experience.

* Contract administration and project management experience.

* Technical due diligence and dilapidations experience.

* Experience independently leading commercial surveying instructions.

Salary & Package

* £60,000–£72,000 base salary.

* Contractual 15% over-target bonus. (Demonstrated annual bonus payments of £15,000–£35,000.)

* Annual trip abroad (this year was Antwerp)
