A nationally successful real estate firm are looking for an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join their dynamic Birmingham team.

The Senior Building Surveyors' role

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will become an integral part of a nationally recognised consultancy, working alongside a team of skilled professionals within a collaborative and vibrant environment.

In this role, the Senior Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to manage a variety of exciting projects across sectors including commercial, retail, office, industrial and hotel, offering the chance to work on both small and large scale schemes.

This opportunity is ideal for a driven Senior Building Surveyor who's keen to develop their career, with the chance to reach Associate level and beyond, within a stimulating environment.

The Senior Building Surveyor

• 5+ years consultancy experience is preferred
• MRICS qualification is beneficial but not essential
• Ambition and drive to excel
