Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a strong manufacturing background and a passion for driving complex ERP transformation? Elevation IT are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support a critical SAP ECC to S4 Hana upgrade program for one of our key clients in Doncaster. If you have earned your stripes in the world of ERP upgrades and thrive in complex IT environments, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for a major SAP ECC to S4 Hana upgrade initiative, including producing complex flow diagrams and business process documentation.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, drive decisions, and provide regular progress updates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
• Conduct gap analysis between current state and future S4 Hana capabilities, recommending practical, scalable solutions.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Partner closely with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and system integration.
• Monitor and report on project performance, identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Act as a key liaison between business and IT teams, ensuring clear, effective communication at all stages.
• Champion Six Sigma methodologies to optimise business processes and drive efficiency.
• Provide training and support to end-users during and post-transition to S4 Hana.

About You:

• Proven track record in multiple ERP upgrades, involving SAP/ SAP S4
• Manufacturing or retail or distribution experience is a must
• Deep understanding of ERP systems, integration challenges and business operations in a manufacturing or retail setting.
• Adept at stakeholder management, business process design and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Six Sigma certification or experience is highly desirable.
